Calidad precio aceptable. La gente de recepcion muy amables, las instalaciones mejorables en muchos aspectos, la limpieza de habitaciones muy por encima. Que menos que pasar una escoba al balcon y un trapo al espejo del baño. Ubicacion buena, en las fechas que fuimos y por el tema covid, tranquilidad absoluta.

Nöjd men väljer ett annat nästa gång

Centralt läge, gångavstånd till flera stränder. Fick ett sämre rum än jag bokat men klagade och fick ett nästan lika bra. I det nya rummet fanns det ingen fjärrkontroll till tv:en men jag gick tillbaka till receptionen och fick en utan problem. Toan luktade gammalt avlopp, men där orkade jag inte klaga längre utan höll dörren dit noga stängd. Allt annat var bra, rummet fräschare än på bilden, vita väggar och textilier, samt trädetaljer (i stället för det vinröda på bilderna). På kvällarna hördes musik utifrån, slutade vid 24.00. örutom BBC nästan bara spansktalande kanaler på TV. Spis och kyl helt ok. Personalen trevlig. Poolen kändes kallare än havet märkligt nog, samt mycket mindre än vad den ser ut på bilderna. Men ändå bra att ha uppe på taket, särskilt innan man hittat sin favoritstrand. Städningen mycket bra.

Central hotel

I had a budget room but there were other options with balcony. No foyer to sit in. Breakfast good with plenty of variety. The kitchen in the apartment option was pretty poor. Good central location, so noisy. Nice roof top terrace with tiny pools.

Well located- get what you pay for.

If you want a budget apartment in the centre of old Puerto de la Cruz, then this could work for you. Good points; 1.space- we had a bedroom kitchenette, balcony (note- not all rooms have balconies) and bathroom; 2.Efficient lift (only one) and level access; 3.24 hour reception desk with a willingness to solve problems; 4.Cleaning at high standard- in room cleaning 6 days per week (not Sundays) and pleasant, accommodating staff; 5.Excellent location. Not so good points 1.Could do with some refurbishment; 2.Restaurant always looked closed- saw ONE person taking breakfast on our 18 day holiday; 3.Swimming pool extremely tiny 4.No soft seating i.e. no arm chairs/sofas either or small space at reception; 5. kitchen equipped with microwave and hob, but ovens out of use. 6.No air-conditioning or fans.

Penthouse suite.

Upon checking in was switched to the Park Plaza Hotel and allocated a room on the hotel roof next to the pool. Very peaceful as this was the only room on that level. Very handy for all the bars and restaurants in the area.

Ældre hotel i hjertet af centrum, godt til prisen.

Centralt beliggende ved Plaza del Charco. God morgenmadsrestaurant. Labyrintiske gange og trapper. Værelset OK: god seng, the-køkken, TV og fin plads i skabe, men vendte mod en indre terrasse/skakt, som ikke var særlig ren. Vinduer øverst i badeværelse kunne ikke lukkes. Alt i alt et udmærket hotel til prisen.

EXTREMELY unsatisfactory and unprofessional.

The hotel was highly unsatisfactory. We arrived at the hotel to find no towels placed into the room. The room itself was extremely dated. The beds were incredibly firm and as dated as the room itself. The sheets were not white and of questionable cleanliness. When we asked for towels, the desk told us that the cleaning ladies would enter our room (when we were not there, but our bags were) to place some in the bathroom. After returning to take showers, we realized that the room did not have a hair dryer like it was listed on their website. At first we were told that we should come to the front desk to get one. When we went downstairs, they said that they did not have it and would send it up with a cleaning lady later. We waited for half of an hour and called the front desk again. They claimed that they had left it in the room, which they had not, with an increasingly annoyed tone. We returned to the front desk and were told that there was NO hairdryer included with the room. We showed them that a hair dryer was listed on their website. They claimed that that was a mistake, they will be contacting their website producer to change that and that they had placed one in our room now. Previously, the cleaning lady had placed our hairdryer in the OTHER room 207. Seeing as the hotel is two hotels in one, with repeating room numbers, they had placed it in the wrong room. Meaning they had entered ours and another guests room many times without the guests present.

Aparthotel très bien situé, au centre de la ville, proximité de tout (supermarché, plages ...). Nous avions malheureusement le studio qui donnait juste sur le bar restaurant d'en face avec des concerts live les week-end et mercredi, soit une agitation très bruyante jusqu'à 2h du matin ... Difficile de dormir dans des conditions pareilles. Mais sinon RAS.

Hotel un po' vecchiotto nel complesso ma in ottima posizione. Centralissimo con tutte le comodità a portata di mano. Anche il parcheggio per l'auto è a 2min a piedi. Comodissimo.

Zentrale Lage

Verwirrend war bei Einkunft, der Eingang, man muss um das Gebäude rumlaufen, man wird aber auch hingewiesen. Um das Zimmer zu erreichen müsste ich 1 mal lift umsteigen und durch andere Irrgarten Gänge durchlaufen um den lift zu erreichen, war aber OK da man sich drauf einstellen kann... Die Zimmer sind einfach aber genügend Platz für eine bis max 2 Personen. Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Altstadt, um die Plaza sind Bars, Geschäfte und kleiner Spielplatz. Es ist abends ab 22 Uhr laut, da live Musik gespielt wird, ich stellte aber fest, dass auch am Strand Livemusik war. Dafür konnte man lange ausschlafen (andere Länder anderer Rhythmus... ). Man kann vom hotel, alles gut erreichen... Strände, Schwimmanlage, shops, Bushaltestellen usw. Wer die absolute Ruhe haben will und um 8 Uhr ins Bett möchte, muss ins Landesinnere...bzw. Etwas höher und weiter weg vom Strand. Das Hotel ist kein Luxus, würde ich aber wieder nehmen, da ich mich tagsüber draußen aufgehalten habe. Einheimische gehen dort auch mit Kinder, es ist einfach nur eine Unterkunft, mit Pool der ausreichend ist, aber kein Luxus, muss jeder für sich entscheiden was er möchte.... Insgesamt für mich war es gut. Liebe Grüße von einer Alleinreisende

Hotel Tropical, Plaza del Charco

Tropical is an old hotel in Plaza del Charco, doesn't look much from outside, and dated inside, but clean, comfortable beds and friendly staff. Location is very lively, all day and loud music in the cafe bar below at night. Depends how you look at it, for me free entertainment, I love it, but not for people who like quiet locations.

Buena ubicación y a tu aire

Fue una estancia para no tener que volver en coche de madrugada. Pudimos llegar tarde sin que nadie nos llamara la atención, y pudimos salir una hora más tarde del check out sin que nadie nos agobiara. Eso sí, si bien el baño estaba muy limpio, el suelo de la habitación podría haberlo estado un poco más, si bien no fue nada desagradable o llamativo.
