Very friendly staff, restaurant staff, Antonio, Cruz plus the pool bar & lobby bar Martin etc...The view and beach is pretty amazing and also the beach cleaner.

Beautiful beachside resort

We stayed at the Omni Puerto Aventuras resort in January 2020 and had a wonderful time. The property is beautiful and uncrowded. The service on the beach was excellent, and meals at the onsite restaurant were first class. We especially like this hotel because of its proximity to all the other shops and restaurants in Puerto Aventuras. The staff were friendly and helpful -- we were even able to get into our room despite arriving very early before normal check-in. This place is a great value and we would definitely choose to stay here again.

The Omni is a great base for exploring the area. We had room 304 and a nice balcony with views of the marina and dolphins. Nice hammock and tub on the balcony too. The breakfast that was included with our room was coffee, a basket of assorted toasts and pastries and a fruit plate. It was quality and enough to keep you going until mid day. The pools and beach area are well kept and clean. The only complaint was that they did not give you bottled water or access to drinking water without paying for it. It would be nice if housekeeping left at least two bottles per day for you. However that being said there is a pharmacy right across the road where you can purchase anything you need and a mini fridge in the room to keep it.

Un hotel para relajación

este hotel se encuentra en buenas condiciones, esta dentro de un conjunto privado, si tu plan es entrar y salir es un poco incomoda, su playa pequeña pero libre de sargazo gracias a su barreras en el mar, el servicio en general X, se puede rescatar mas recepcion y el personal de limpieza, la cama fue algo incomoda para mi muy dura, enfrente de del hotel hay un oxxo y una especie de plaza con varios comercios de bares y restaurante pero con un par de dias ya recorres todos y puede ser aburrido, peor es bueno si el plan es descanzar nada mas, los precios de la comida son algo caros y el sabor es incipido, siempre comimos fuera,

It’s close to the restaurants in the town and I like that it’s on the marina. Waiters in the hotel restaurant were very friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean. However, The pool was was not clean and you must keep an eye on what they charge you for on your food bill at the pool.

Quiet, beautiful gem

A peaceful gem. A quiet hotel in a beautiful setting with all of the amenities. A picturesque, gentle beach, excellent restaurant with very good food, extremely accommodating servers, and a lovely setting. The surrounding area is full of charming shops, bakeries, restaurants and bars. Just the right balance of serenity and activity.

The property has a great beach, staff is friendly enough bur the property is falling apart and the pool is DIRTY, like I didn’t want to get in dirty....cloudy... just gross. Very, very disappointed and will be asking for refund

Puerto Aventures is Great

Hotel is slightly dated but rooms are comfortable. Very quiet and seemed empty. Not sure if it was off-season.

We like the fact it was close to all entertainment/dining. No elevators with three floors to hotel. Husband is handicapped and we were given a room on the 2nd floor. Major effort getting upstairs. Moved to main floor room. Staff was very helpful and pleasant.

The facility is quiet, a little far from the hustle and bustle of Cancun, but well worth the trip. Surrounded by a vacation village, the hotel is the heart of the planned community of Puerto Aventuras. The village includes restaurants, shops, condominiums for vacationers and retirees, and the famous dolphin enclosure. The hotel itself is small and quaint. The rooms are spacious and our room had a wonderful balcony with a hammock and a jetted tub. The pool is wonderful, complete with kids pool and swim up bar. The beach is adjacent and protected by a jetty and reef from the main ocean. It is very picturesque. The community has limited recreational opportunities beyond shopping, eating, sunbathing, and the dolphins. And the balance of Maya Riviera is a taxi or car ride away. Many families from around Mexico enjoy Puerto Aventuras because it is quiet, family friendly, and well maintained. The hotel was not full but the pool and restaurant also provide capacity for area residents who come with a day or season pass to use the facilities. Finally, the hotel restaurant was very good and the facility has a spa, fitness center, and scuba shop.

Excelente ubicación bastante cerca de los sitios archéologicos de Tulum o Coba cerca de Playa del Carmen,lugar encantador,buena cocina aunque el servicio tarde mucho para llevar los platós.Habria que renovar algunos detalles cómo por ejemplo los tapetes de las partes comúnes .Pero es un hotel que recomendaría.
