"Checking to in was very fast. Ms. Jade helped me at check-in. She was very welcoming, very professional and took just 10 min to complete my check-in. All staff at reception were wonderful, welcoming with great smile. The room was very quiet, clean and tidy at all time. I slept like a baby in my stay for 5 nights. The cleaning staff are very nice, kind, organized and you will not hear them when they are working and cleaning. Every day there will be fresh fruit/apple juice, delicious cookies, and coffee at the lobby, just serve yourself complementary. The hotel is surrounded with transit/bus stops, few steps from the place mall, convention center, and providence train station. There are many restaurants suit all tastes and there is vault market and grocery store few steps which serves hot international cuisine as well by weight. Providence is a marvelous city and people are very helpful and welcoming. "

"I loved this beautiful hotel! It’s right across from the Capitol building and is quiet at night. Rooms are spacious with nice bathroom soaps and amenities like Starbucks coffee. This was my second time staying at this hotel, and I would stay here again the next time I visit Providence."
