"The hotel itself is a very nice property, lobby and rooms are quite attractive, spacious and well-equipped. Amenities and service, not so much -- couldn't get a room assigned at 2:30, sent to a room that had not been cleaned, no coffee in the lobby before 6:00, none of which were extreme but cumulatively giving a sense that this hotel is not as nice as it could be and should be. It started as a high-end downtown option and has slowly but surely become a good but by no means exceptional hotel.
Location is very nice, downtown Providence and within a few blocks of many restaurants and other amenities."
"The room was clean, the shower was very hot, and the beds were comfortable, not much of a view, but that was ok
The room was quiet at night
The temperature of the room was hard to control
The staff was very friendly and helpful
The shuttle is a great way to get back and forth to downtown
The convenience store is a great addition to be able to grab a quick snack or drink
The indoor pool was very clean but cold
The hot tub was very small, and the jets were not working
Would stay again"
