"Great over-all. No complaints "

"We stayed for 7 nights with breakfast included in our reservation. I would say this is crucial to book if you’re a breakfast eater because there’s absolutely nothing near the hotel for breakfast. All of the restaurants and walking vicinity of the hotel or lunch ace dinner. The breakfast did get a little repetitive, pretty much the same menu was served almost every day, but the quality of food was good and there was plenty of it to choose from. The only amenities that really think would have been helpful to have would have been to have a refrigerator and possibly a microwave in the room. Staying as long as we did it made it difficult because you couldn’t take leftovers from a restaurant with you and reheat them later because you had no way to keep them cold. That may not matter for a short trip, but when you’re there for a week, it ends up being a lot of food you’ve thrown away. Expedia made errors as to some of the inclusions, for example, there is not a sauna or a Jim at the property. Staff was wonderful and always eager to help, write down to booking as a budget friendly airport taxi for the morning of our departure. Would definitely stay there again if I was returning to Vienna."

"Friendly staff everytime upon entry , room was clean and breakfast staff and food was very pleasant good amount of food . Has a nice sitting area outdoors on a nice day . Located near city center public transportation is easily accessible. "

"Bit further out than most of our stays but the underground and metro were very easy to navigate and use. "

"Overall, it is a good hotel on all fronts except for two items. The chrome cast did not work on my TV. When i asked the reception, they told me that some rooms have had this problems for many months. Not a good answer. In addition, the channel selection is useless. No movie channels nor any real sports channels. "

"We booked the SuperSense Room which was large and very comfortable. The musical instruments and recording station was a plus. We enjoyed the room. However, we found the bed a tad too firm and we would have liked the room to be wet mopped since there are are no bedroom slippers provided and we like walking bare footed."
