"Parking and location were good. Hotel was fine. What you would expect. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again."

"Very comfortable, everything in perfect condition"

"We truly appreciated everyone who works at Tru by Marriott in Fort Mill! Laura was a rockstar and helped us get checked in and settled. She was also so kind and friendly and talked with us like we were long lost friends. The hotel was great! Good breakfast options each day and fun game room to entertain our family while we waited for others. Very much appreciate everyone and everything!"

"The room was very spacious for sleeping up to 6, a great desk area and we loved the separate toilet and shower. Overall very convenient if you’re planning a trip to carowinds PLUS don’t forget to ask about a parking pass so you don’t have to pay for a parking spot at carowinds. Very clean and the staff was professional and helpful! Only thing I wasn’t impressed with was breakfast, while there were a good amount of options a lot of the hot food was overcooked or too sweet, I wish there were more...

"The staff was so helpful. Gave me a welcome gift. Fixed some fresh coffee. The lemon water was so refreshing. My room was so neat and clean. Very ample parking and well lit around the premises. The breakfast was delicious. Had a good selection of breakfast items. Very quiet and no disruptions in the night. Thank you for making this traveler feel so welcome."

"Very nice hotel! great customer service and well decorated, I stay just for one night but I could stay longer if had more time."

"I will be staying here again! Fabulous location and an amazing staff."

"Guy who worked sat nite esp helpful"

"Wonderful place to stay during our lacrosse tournament."

"Our room was clean and our beds were comfortable. (Nice to have hot water immediately in the bathroom, too.) Being located near two busy roads, the noise level was a little louder than other places where we've stayed; but, our sound machine came in handy and muffled the outside traffic. The staff was delightful, very helpful, and supportive. Breakfast was good; similar to most other hotel buffets. We also appreciated the security feature using the elevator. We did help a couple of guests...

"My stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott was an exceptional experience. The property is impeccably maintained, offering spacious and comfortable accommodations, complemented by a highly professional and attentive staff. The complimentary breakfast was both high-quality and substantial, and the convenient parking and proximity to the adjacent shopping plaza further enhanced my stay. I highly recommend this establishment and look forward to returning during future visits to Charlotte."

"The size of our room for 4 was great, we had enough room."
