"Clean and cozy "

"The rooms were very close to the zoo and Black Country Living Museum. Check in was easy and we received the codes needed on the morning we were arriving. The bed was comfortable and a small amount of tea/coffee was provided. The only negatives are that it was a noisy location and the rooms could do with a deep clean."

"On arrival there was no parking available. I know the listing says on-street parking only but there was none available. After 15 mins of driving around the streets had to park on double-yellows. The code I was supplied for the property did not work so I was unable to gain access. Contacted the owner, not sure what I was meant to do as it was not clear. Waited another 20 mins, nothing. Booked into a different hotel and got a refund. Beware"

"Lovely stay at the Woden! It’s quaint, clean and conveniently located with nice amenities. The manager Jay was very helpful and I was afforded a room upgrade before I arrived at no charge- what a pleasant surprise!"

"The hostess at the property, Maria was lovely. She was very kind, thoughtful and attentive. The property was neat and tidy and well kept. Room was comfortable and well appointed. I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again if I return to Birmingham. Just make sure you double check the address and that you are going to the correct address as there are 2 Domo Boutique Hotels in Birmingham!"

"Good location with small parking area. Very welcoming staff, offering helpful advice on local area. The room itself was of very high standard and lacked nothing that I needed for my stay. Highly recommend the superb cooked breakfast for a small extra cost."

"A good stay....check in was a little odd...As I'd"

"Keep it up"

"The decor was really something special. The room I stayed in was Marco Polo. Although a little on the dark side, the lighting was done well that you did not realise so much. The bath was amazing. The water temperature and how quick it filled up was great. My husband said the shower was fabulous and he did not want to come out. Do be careful of scolding yourself though as the hot water is immediately very hot. The mattress and pillow was comfortable. I had a great nights sleep. Check in was...

"This place was amazing! It was very clean, quiet, and easy to find. We had no issues at all and really enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again!"

"Spacious room, good breakfast, good workout facility and a central location. Definitely will be back"

"Absolutely was incredible. I enjoyed it."

"Our stay was OK. Breakfast was good and was included in our package. Car park price is about the same as other parking in the area. Good transportation links. Tram stop is a short walk. Heating didn’t work. There was a notice in room to say don’t adjust thermostat on radiator as it is controlled from reception. Informed them but radiator still cold. When we came home late our key card would not let us in front entrance. Another couple turned up and their card didn’t work. They said there was...
