"We were on the top floor so the stairs are a bit of a killer. The was a bit dark and the window does not keep the street noise out. Bedsheets could do with a proper fitted mattress protector it was just a sheet that came off when you moved. View was nice."

"We arrived and was shown to our room, family room was nice and spacious. The beds were made and had new towels, but there was no new loo roll and we still had the previous occupants dirty mugs and spoons. It was very quiet in the evenings. But the biggest downfall was the room smelt of cigarette smoke, either previous occupants have smoked out the window or someone smokes in one of the rooms next door and it seeps in. "

"Lovely location and view. Slept to the wonderful sound of lapping waves. Check-in is strictly before 7pm don’t get caught! I did and with apologies of course as it was a busy work day . The breakfast was good I took the full English breakfast and it had everything on ( depends on what you tick though so tick away) I will be back if that’s helpful to others . I did get a full smile in the morning! So yay !!"

"No rush excellent leisurely breakfast. Filled omelette for me and eggs bacon and mushrooms for husband. Perfectly cooked and presented piping hot. Coffee and tea and as much toast as required. Early season so heating on making the room warm and cosy. Very amiable hosts and we would return."
