"We stayed 2 nights and loved the hotel the staff were very helpful, we ate in the restaurant which was very nice! Room was spacious and couldn’t fault the cleanliness at all ! It’s outside of city so a car would be useful but there is a lovely walk to the city away from busy roads !"

"Too expensive for what was actually received with a lot of hidden fees and costs not mentioned in booking (including a tourist fee). The gym is not on site even though it is mentioned in the booking. As a solo traveler, I felt judged multiple times by the staff especially during check in by the front desk receptionist who mainly appeared annoyed I was bothering her when she seemed about to get off her shift (I was asked if I was staying here many more times than the average group of visitors...

"As expected, the hotel was excellent. The place was spotless and maintained on a daily basis. The staff couldn't be more helpful and often went out of their way to guide/advise us. We had the breakfast here and found the staff amazing and the food tasty with lots of variety. The view is magical, and it is the only hotel at Lake Bled with its on private swim spot and sun chairs. The hotel has a lovely vintage charm. Would definitely stay again."
