"I liked the hotel for my first time in Florence, but I probably would try something different the next time. It was pretty to walk in to and away from the busiest parts of Florence but close enough to walk to in 5-10 minutes, which I liked. The front desk and staff were very nice, especially Martina. The breakfast was pretty good as well. We had the double room for 4 people so it was like having two rooms adjoined. Both rooms had its own bed and bathroom/shower and sink, which was a big plus...

"Me & my family truly enjoyed our time there, Alessandra (the manager/host) made everything very pleasant & easy for us, we arrived in the afternoon of Dec.31st, she spent a friendly 5-10 mins to show us places to go on a map, then successfully secured us a table at a fusion restaurant to celebrate our new year dinner along with the florentians, then on the last day she helped us arrange a taxi to get to the train station right on time. The suite's location was right in the middle of everything,...

"I stayed at this property with my family, we were in 5 people. The place was fair away about 20 minutes from Florence but there are plenty taxis available, if you drive a car there is also a lot spots available for parking. The property is great just needs a little be of TLC on the gardens, nice swimming pool, Claudia the property manager was fantastic, she did her best to accommodate us on every details. The breakfast was good, not to fancy but ordinar"

"Property is in a great location. Host was available 24/7 and helped us work thru a few small kinks that had nothing to do with the flat. Best thing was that in the stifling heat of a record breaking heat wave, the a/c made it cool and comfortable. A safe have in the middle of the inferno ! Highly recommend."
