Nice stay. Enjoyed the restaurant as food was excellent especially the deer choice. Desert choices were nice. We stayed in room 4 and 5. Hot water in room 5 was fine but had to run water for over 5 minutes in room 4 every time before the hot water came. Water unfortunately wasted.

Our room was clean and economical. The hotel is located within walking distance of Nyhavn. It’s also super close to restaurants and stores. We literally walked to Tivoli with our little one from the hotel… streets were quiet and super safe at night. Highly recommend staying here..

The property was wonderful. The room I was allocated was not comfortable as the bedroom was in a loft and it was difficult to get in and out of bed without stooping low so you did not hit your head. The loft was much too small to accommodate a King bed. Also, the loft did not receive any of the cool air from the main level. It was quaint but inconvenient and somewhat uncomfortable. The people were extremely friendly at the front desk. Very nice hotel — just not a nice room.

Loved this hotel! The location was excellent - easy walking to everything! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable - we were in the back of the hotel and it was very quiet and relaxing. The breakfast was amazing - so much food! Everything about our stay was wonderful - would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others visiting Prague!

Alles top, besonders Cocktail bar und Valet Service. Nur eine Sache: ich hatte noch nirgendwo so ein schlechtes Orangensaft beim Frühstück getrunken. Auch in billigen Hotels. Es ist mir unverständlich, dass man in einem solchen Hotel auf sowas sparen will.

Stayed in Jr Suite. Lots of room and space. Very stylish and fitting ambiance for Prague Centre. Very quiet at night. Great location for seeing the sites. Practically all the major sites are within easy walking distance. The staff was extremely friendly.

We loved this historic hotel. The location was amazing and we could walk to all the tourist sites to fill our weekend stay. It is very difficult to park. You need to drive into a no car zone so that was a little stressful. The staff was great and friendly. We were booked into a room different than what we had paid for but they were able to switch our rooms.

Hotel bellísimo y lujoso con la mejor ubicación
Un hotel lujoso en la mejor ubicación a literal pasos del reloj astronómico y otras atracciones. La suite es hermosa nos quedamos en la suite Goliat y vale la pena totalmente de las mas bellas habitaciones que hemos estado en el mundo. El restaurante es fabuloso el mejor venado que he comido en mi vida por mucho. El servicio también excelente digno de un hotel de esta categoría. Solo el Valet parking es mucho muchisimo más caro de lo que anuncian pero vale la pena por la comodidad de no tener que preocuparse por estacionarse.

Decent hotel in great location
Had a ground floor with little traffic to annoy and room darkening curtains for the door. There were no windows in room and A/C needed adjusting as heating was too hot. The lication is fabulous-could'nt ask for better. Walked everywhere. The included breakfast was fine; however you have to walk thru the kitchen to get there.

This is a beautiful hotel in a perfect location in Prague, easily within walking distance of most tourist areas. Hotel is spotless and the food is amazing. The hotel is 5* but I would rate the service at 3*, we asked for extra pillows when we arrived, and we were told they may not have any. We asked 3 more times and eventually got one more. All double beds have single duvets, which is quite strange. We asked for milk multiple times during our stay, this was presented as almost a hassle to get, and on our last night the front desk staff was just plain rude about it. Breakfast was included, but not in the restaurant, you are taken through the kitchen to a dark room, and although breakfast is served until 10am, they don’t replenish any food after 9am. Food in the restaurant was beautiful, but I would advise booking in advance of travel, as staff seemed annoyed that I had asked for a table any of the one nights of our stay.

Second stay at this hotel; the suites are lovely, provided you are in a high up room away from the street and dining areas. The staff are great and very welcoming; breakfast is good and plentiful.

Beautiful Boutique Hotel right on the Historic center. So quiet at night event though is so centrally located. EXCELLENT restaurant and the bar is absolutely gorgeous. Can't wait to come back again!

Historical, exposed berms in rooms, extremely romantic, unbelievable deserts in the bar.. Great location with a minutes walk of historic old town center. Staff was amazing, everyone knew who you were and what room you were in without saying anything even after the first day. This is a must stay again type of property.

Geheimtipp mit einem hervorragenden Restaurant. Historisierend eingerichtet mit viel Komfort aber kleinen Mankos. Kein Schminkspiegel und schlechtes Licht im Bad. Frühstück zu wenig für 5 Sterne, was uns aber nicht gestört hat.

Hope to return soon.
The hotel is right in the historic old town, a few steps away from the astronomical clock and square, lovely staff, very nice restaurant and loved the breakfasts. We visited for our daughter's 19th birthday and the goliath suite was perfect and pretty good value as it meant she had her own bedroom instead of sleeping on a sofa bed or being isolated in another room.

Veldig fint hotell, fin beliggenhet og god frokost. Bildene stemmer, Alt tipp topp bortsett fra 2 små ting. 1. Veldig harde senger og kune ENORME puter - dårlig komfort. 2. Aircondition kunne ikke justeres fordi det var i Oktober fikk vi beskjed om, den var rett ved siden av senga og bråkte mye.
