Great hotel for family trips! Amazing breakfast, beautiful decoration and perfectly located in a park right across Old Town, by the famous Charles Bridge and the river. I traveled with wife and kids and they all loved it! We felt completely safe exploring everywhere and returning to the hotel at night time. Whenever we visit Prague, we always stay at this incredible hotel.

Everything was great. Great location. Who tell us very nice but a little dated. Reception staff most accommodating. The breakfast was pretty good. Will stay another Pytloun hotel next time in Prague.

The first room was an insult! The second room was ok. We had stayed here before the place was renovated and they seem to have halved the rooms! Staff not interested apart from the receptionist who sorted a different room for us. Breakfast, however, was excellent.

Beautiful old European Deco hotel. Excellent location, just about 100 meters south of the landmark-Charles Bridge, next to a river and located inside a local park! Excellent breakfast, work of art dining hall for breakfast. Room is clean, very comfy bed and pillow. Has a hot water kettle and complmentary coffe and tea :)

Excellent communication prior to arriving. Excellent breakfast buffet. Nice to have a bar in the lobby. Andrea (I hope I have spelt her name correctly) made the stay much better than it would have been were she not there. She was caring, helpful, keen to be of assistance and intelligent.

Pleasant stay

Very nice hotel with an excellent free breakfast that runs from 7 am to 11 am daily. The area is quiet as it is set back off the main street. The only thing that would have made the room better is air conditioning.

We didnt know what to expect based on the pictures but this was probably the best find. The hotel has lots of charm, comfy rooms, a super friendly and knowledgeable staff, and the free breakfast was amazing! I’d already shared the great experience with a few friends and pretty certain they will be booking with you in the future!

All staff were fantastic, so kind and helpful. Gorgeous hotel and amazing buffet breakfast spread. Rooms were small but cosy, and we loved the added touch of the 'pillow menu'. Quiet, safe location - would definitely recommend for a chilled-out city break in Prague.
