Das Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert. Zimmer war riesig und sauber. Bett war perfekt. Frühstück reichlicht und für jeden Geschmack was dabei.

Lovely mini break
Our flight was delayed over night, they responded immediately to our email and were very understanding when we did finally arrive. Although only a small hotel, there was always someone on hand if you needed them. Very pleasant location, very helpful about where to eat and what to see.

Wir hatten mit 3 Personen ein Apartment mit 2 großen einzelnen Schlafzimmern. In jedem Zimmer ist ein Fernseher, Schrank, Sitzgelegenheiten mit Tisch. Bad mit Dusche und Toilette sind in 2 Räumen aufgeteilt, was wir sehr praktisch fanden. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, verschiedene warme und kalte Speisen, Müsli, Obst und Gemüse. Die beiden Damen beim Frühstück waren sehr nett, obwohl sie manchmal sehr viel zu tun hatten. Vom Hotel aus ist vieles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen , ansonsten ist die Straßenbahn nicht weit entfernt. Uns hat es gut gefallen.

Great staff and hotel
The outlook of this hotel building probably not doing the justice for this hotel, staff and the service. Staff was one of the nicest we have seen/met to date and they fulfilled all of our needs above and beyond. Inside of the hotel kept to a very good conditions despite how it looks from outside or how the surrounding areas look like. The suite we booked is very spacious with 2 rooms setting on either side of the wing so you can let your kids go free as they liked. TV had Netflix so that's a bonus to keep the kids busy. Good selection of hot, cold food served for breakfast, which is regularly topped up. Very close to the centre of Prague with options available to dine out. If I had to mention anything that was not so positive is the mattresses we had were the firmest we ever slept on. We normally have the Firm (UK standard) but these were almost like rocks.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage. In wenigen Minuten ist mit zu Fuß am Wenzelsplatz. Frühstück gut und ausreichend. Wir hatten die Deluxe-Suite. Diese besteht aus 2 Zimmern (eines davon ist deutlich größer). Insgesamt sehr viel Platz. Die Matratzen waren ebenfalls bequem und wir konnten gut schlafen. Großes Lob an den jungen Mann an der Rezeption. Außergewöhnlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Beim nächsten Prag-Besuch kommen wir wieder.

Suite war sehr gross, hatte bequeme Betten, Frühstück sehr viel Auswahl und lecker. Alles sehr gut. Auto ist gut im Parklift innerhalb des Gebäudes aufgehoben. Das war bis jetzt einzigartig von vielen Hotels die wir hatten.

Wir haben selten in einem so gutem Bett geschlafen. Erwähnenswert ist zudem die sehr ruhige Lage und das obwohl man in nicht einmal 10 Minuten am Wenzelsplatz ist. Das Frühstück war auch toll und es war wirklich für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Das Einrichtungskonzept ist sehr ansprechend und angenehm. Wir hatten außerdem selten so einen schnellen und unkomplizierten Check-in und Check-out. Insgesamt vorbehaltlos zu empfehlen.

Hotel is in close proximity to all locations and everything is walkable from there. Hotel services are good and staffs are pretty cooperative. I would definitely recommend this hotel for fellow travelers.

Pessimo hotel
Prenotato e pagato in anticipo una camera per 2 persone, arrivati alla reception non trovavano la prenotazione, quindi ci hanno dato una camera singola, oltretutto la signorina faceva anche la scocciata, cosa che dovevamo essere noi. Camera piccolissima che non ti rigiravi nemmeno. Camere molto fatiscenti. Vi consiglio vivamente di non prenotare questo albergo. L’unica cosa positiva era la vicinanza al centro di Praga.

Deluxe Suite - great value
We booked a Deluxe Suite visiting just before Christmas, having 2 rooms for ourselves and the kids was a godsend. Very clean, staff were very helpful and polite and the breakfast was excellent. Within easy walking distance of Wensaslas Sq and the museums, and quite central for Trams to Old town and the Caste. Would thoroughly recommend, great value for money

Hotel star system failed on this occasion
Dated fixtures and furnishings, TV not working no bedside lamp,etc. guests openly making up packed lunches in dining room at breakfast. Hotels.com really need to look at the rating of this hotel it is not to their usual standard.of accuracy

Dear guest, thank you for choosing our hotel. All of the equipment of our hotel rooms is fully functional, maybe you consider that as a dark and old, but we are trying to direct concept of our hotel to the period of 1st Republic. In case that you had some problems with a TV, you could inform my colleague from the reception and he would help you with setting. I do not understand what kind of bedside lamp you mean, because we have a bedside lamps from both sides of bed in each room. Packing of food in during a breakfast is strictly prohibited. In case that you saw this behaviour, you could report our breakfast staff about that issue. With best regards,
