"I enjoyed our stay at this property, immensely. The managerial staff was attentitive and helpful (thank you, Francesca). The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities my family required. It was extra convenient having a grocery store and a cafe/bakery located adjacent to the lobby. The only thing that was slightly inconvenient were the lack of sidewalks, leading away from the facility. I was required to rent a car in order to navigate around the Santa Severa area. "This was our 3rd stay and it was just as wonderful as we remembered. They have more staff now than in prior years and nothing was left undone. They are very attentive, they make you feel as if you’re their only guest. They accommodate your every need and check in during your stay. They also offered bonus gifts upon arrival, during our stay and upon leaving.
