Reception did not understand my issue and kept giving me free wifi password. "Great, convenient hotel to the port before cruising the next day...easy walk across busy street, but with well marked crosswalks. Clean riim, and front desk loaned us an adaptor. Fresh breakfast with real eggs, bacon sausage cereals, breads coffee and juices and so much more! Staff are very helpful and welcoming. I woukd stay here again and highly recommend. "
