It was almost three times cheaper than other options further out of Edinburgh
The room was small but clean and bed comfortable
Cosy with tea and coffee facilities
Hair dryer provided and shower small again but clean and modern
Bonus is the bar downstairs offering a range of drinks including Tennants and Beaver town neck oil. Best take your own travel iron but nothing else really needed

"Hillary was very kind and accommodating to our early arrival. Our room was in the basement and it was very quiet. The continental breakfast was very good. It’s a beautiful home and quite nice."
"Excellent, spacious property that has everything you could need. Only issue I had was both smart TV’s was locked out of apps or had apps removed, so could not stream any shows for the kid to keep busy. "

Communication was clear to access the property and inquiries were responded to promptly. Plenty coffee shops across the road and a Tesco nearby. Easy walk to/from Waverly and the bus station. "
