"The room was clean and the location was wonderful. Marcello and the staff were super friendly and flexible. We accidentally locked ourselves out and he told us not to worry about a thing. He told us to go enjoy the beach and he will take care of the issue. While at the beach, an hour later we received a text that our door was unlocked, room cleaned, and we can return when we wished. Our experience was so positive that we changed plans to return to Monopoli from Lecce for a few more days. I would rate this place and the staff a 10/10 and highly recommend other travelers to stay here as well."

"Beautiful property in the heart of Monopoli. We had the top terrace room overlooking the sea. Staff helpful with making dinner reservations. Beach towels provided which was very convenient. Busy area within walking distance of anything you needed. Yet quiet and air conditioner was top notch. Too cold even at times. But was needed in the 37 degree heat we had. Parking can be tricky so be careful to not get a ticket like we did. Would definately stay again. Room is lovely but quite small but with the terrace it was not needed."

"Great perfect location , beautiful spacious apartment . Very clean and modern. I loved breakfast at local restaurant offered by the property. Everything organized and coordinated perfect. Gabriella is the best . We got excellent recommendations from her, In case we needed anything and asked for additional staff - all delivered right away."

"Wonderful place to stay in Monopoli, specifically as a foreigner! My girlfriend and I traveled here for a wedding. We were not familiar with the region or city and do not speak italian but staying at Bellariva made the entire experience easy and luxurious. The bedroom and bathroom amenities were clean and of high quality. The air conditioning worked perfectly which was very important for us given that we stayed in early July when temperatures reached up to 95F. Our hosts also made our local travel easy for us by booking a private taxi both in advace as well as at a very last minue need when Uber was not working for us. Some things to note are that the room requires a 25euro per day cleaning fee at check in and does not permit unregistered guests to enter per city and police ordinance. These things are very fair and understandable to us but worth mentioning depending of travel plans. We recommend staying here to travelers from around the world and are very grateful for to hosts being so kind and welcoming to us."

"The property was nice and clean, very charming. However don't expect lots of amenities, there are only an empty fridge, a stove and a TV. Free Wi-Fi too. There is no cookware or dishes of any kind. The manager was quick to respond my questions and friendly."
