La situación de los apartamentos es fantastica pero no lo recomiendo para ir en invierno, la casa es muy húmeda y fria si esta lloviendo. Y hay humedades en paredes y techo en el baño y encima de la cama.

El apartamento del 4 tiene solo un pequeño calefactor que no es suficiente el aire acondicionado no funciona, a parte esto la vista es estupenda

O apartamento está em uma ótima localização. Fica ao lado do mercado municipal é fácil acesso aos pontos turísticos Bem no centro de Porto. Tem fácil e prático check-in. Porém, chuveiro do banheiro não teve água quente suficiente, todo o tempo! Tivemos q acabar o banho com água gelada! O quarto está com a pintura do teto descascando e pedaços caem em cima da cama. São reparos q podem ser ajustados!

Lindo departamento con vista interna, ruidoso.

Muy buen departamento en general. Tuve algún inconveniente al ingresar con los datos que me habían dado (los códigos que me pasaron estaban mal y no abrían). Me asignaron un departamento con vista interna cuando la publicación dice que el departamento tiene vista a la ciudad. Las instalaciones están muy buenas en general pero el departamento es ruidoso, se escuchan las conversaciones de alrededor. Se supone que el departamento es hasta para 4 personas pero no estaba equipado para tantos, no había vajilla suficiente para 4.

Très belle vue

Et nous avons été agréablement surpris par la vue de notre fenêtre sur Porto. Pour deux personnes l’espace est formidable Avec les codes d’entrée il a été facile de prendre lieu d l’ appartement. Donc un séjour de trois jours bien agréable dans cet appartement.

Amazing and beautiful property in a perfect location. I’d give this 10/10 however the air conditioning units in the apartment did not work and seem haven’t been serviced for some time as do not produce cool air at all so the apartment was very very uncomfortable from its hot temperature.

Great location and compromise

Great location with an apartment that looks better than it costs. Building and condition is a bit old and restroom could be slightly better (shower drain was slow) but overall a great compromise at this cost. Recommended.

I like the location because it is near the city and near the tourist attractions.. Clean bathroom and the apartment was clean But the water heater can not be controlled.

Great apartment in fantastic location

Great apartment in fantastic location. Easy walking distance from Sao Bento station, and 5mins walk to riverside with its dozens of cafes and restaurants. Also close to Rua das Flores, also full of restaurants and street entertainers.It's just 100m from Palacio da Bolsa, but we didn't get to see it as you have to book a guided tour in advance. Apartment was spacious and clean and well-equipped, though the bedroom (in our 2nd floor apt) is not a separate room.

My husband and I stayed there for 3nights. It’s location was the best but everything else was ordinary. Apartment was spacious but not with thoughtful arrangement. It was super hot without any cross ventilation in the room, windows were there but couldn’t open it as it becomes super noisy due to another backpackers accomodation in 10 meter away. Imagine party until 2am! And the building in 10 meter was super close so no wind could come in. it was September and raining, outside temperature was like 18degree but the apartment was feeling like 38 degree all the time. Bed was also not the best, squeaky and uncomfortable. Bathroom was tiny and we ran out of toilet paper but no way to ask it, so we just bought it. Then shower needed to fix, you can turn the shower on more than 30seconds as it doesn’t drain! I guess you get what you pay for, but I think it wasn’t worth what I paid.

I had the top floor room with a wonderful & bright view on the Porto Wine cellars along the Rio Douro & the Effel bridge. The accommodations are very nice in the center of Porto at an affordable price. Definitely a place I will come back, when i get a chance to travel to Porto again in future.

Great location and value

This apartment is very basic, but it's spacious and perfectly located for enjoying Porto! I would stay again. Be warned: there is quite a bit a street noise. That didn't bother us, but folks unaccustomed to staying in a city may want to bring earplugs.
