"This is the second time that we have stayed at this property and will do again if we return to Keswick. The bedrooms are a great size, breakfast is delicious and the staff cannot do enough to look after you from arrival to departure. The communal living room with boardgames and free cake is a lovey touch. Parking is on the property. "

"Staff were great, friendly and helpful. Lunch and evening food was beautiful but not much of a choice on the evening menu for our liking. Breakfast was nice but expected a little more to warrant the price. Beautiful views from the hotel and plenty walks from the hotel as a starting point. Dog friendly too "

The building suits the landscape, the decor throughout the house felt a bit tired. Cooked breakfast provided which was fine. It would have been nice to have a fresh fruit option for the cereal and wholemeal bread for toast. Lots of parking available and it was well lit. Felt 3 star. "

"We absolutely love this hotel, its so family friendly and has everything you need for a great holiday. My kids loved the pool, the breakfast was amazing with a lot of variety. This is our second time visiting this hotel and we would go again. Great loacation with many great walk and sights nearby."
