"Location of property was great but! Stairway was dirty. The unit at first appeared OK but definitely wasn’t a cottage as stated in description. "Nice room at the top of the property, family run business with Mum, Dad, son and daughter all working in the establishment.. the son and daughter are a credit to their parents, so friendly and chatty. Breakfast was great and lots of choice, we were very full after it. Great location next to Derwent water and within walking distance of the town centre. Will definitely be booking to stay there again sometime."
