"Very clean rooms and friendly hosts. It was quite cool in the evenings with heating only on in the mornings and there was no communal lounge area to sit in so we felt we were confined to our bedroom. "

Great for early morning walks to the beach, and if you want to explore, most things are a short driving distance for hikes and other breathtaking nearby beaches. If you plan on being in this part of Cornwall, you should definitely book this home. Geoff & Jan are wonderful hosts."

"The hotel looks a wee bit tired but the location is excellent. The views over the bay are stunning and you have direct access to the south west coastal path. There was a problem with our room but we were moved to another room. The room decor is lovely. Staff helpful and friendly"

"I had some issues with the cleanliness of the room. I raised them with staff on the front desk and they were fantastic. Fully engaging, very helpful - however the actual people responsible for the room cleaning were not and did not address anything. After nothing changed, the front desk staff moved me to a different room, and I had a good chat with and apology from the hotel manager. Overall, despite the issues with cleanliness, the hotel is well-run and it was a nice friendly place to stay....

"Property is well located on the Penzance seafront and our room had a sea view. The room was comfortable and breakfast food plentiful with friendly staff. However, the property is noisy when football matches are being live-streamed or there is the end of June Penzance festival."

"Staff were lovely but the property needs a lot of TLC. The bathroom is tiny but well equipped. Good location for st Michael's Mount but not much else nearby. Bonus was, they offered breakfast included but we weren't hungry enough for a full English breakfast 😟"

"Ideal zum Entspannen. Eine tolle Aussicht von der Terrasse. Es führt die Straße zu Land's End direkt an den Fenstern vorbei. Trotzdem ist es für einen Großstädter eher ruhig. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und eine Wäscheleine. Wir haben während dieser Station gut Tempo aus unserer Reise nehmen können und fanden Erholung. Einziges Problem war, dass Google Maps die Adresse nicht kannte und somit die Navigation erschwert wurde. Eine genauere Beschreibung der Anfahrt und Ort des Parkplatzes wäre sehr...

"Greeted professionally and friendly. Everything was perfect including the breakfast. Highly reccomended. I stay in 4 hotels a week for work and this one is my go to now for this area."

"Good location and great if you are travelling to area with out a car. Flat was clean and comfortable but with a little attention to detail could easily be elevated to a really good flat. Entrance needs a good clean and paint and better street signage on the door. Shower very temperamental, scalding hot or freezing cold. Outside area could be easily do with a bit of attention. Seems as if the owner has lost heart and passion in this lovely little flat. "
