"The hotel was clean and generally in good decorative condition. There was some signs of age and wear and tear in the corridors. The food in the restaurant was excellentl. The bar food not as good quality. The staff were polite courteous and attentive. My main concern was that after being very clear in my booking that I had a physical disabilty I was allocated a bedroom along a corridor with two sets of stairs. "2 nuits à proximité de la gare de Whitecraigs qui nous permet de relier le centre de Glasgow à peu de frais et sans souci de circulation/ parking. Chambre très spacieuse, lumineuse très très bien équipée avec grande SdB ( douche+ baignoire). Personnel très bienveillant et accueillant. Restaurant de qualité, et accès au complexe piscine, spas du country club annexe. Soins au salon de beauté très appréciés avec Monika! Notre maman a vécu une belle expérience pour ses 80 ans! "Nice 2 day birthday break for my partner, hotel was spotlessly clean, rooms were well equipped, although a smart tv would have gave it 5 stars instead of 4, bed was exceptionally comfortable & massive, food was great but slightly overpriced we thought, the SPA suite wasn't the best but relaxing, SPA treatments were way overpriced for what was on offer, but we enjoyed our stay "

"Lovely fresh hotel & restaurant, staff were absolutely lovely and welcoming.
