The beds were great and we slept really well every night. What truly stood out though was the staff. From the moment we arrived, the team was warm, attentive and genuinely helpful. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and that personal touch made a real difference. The location is also very convenient, just a short walk from Verona Porta Nuova train station, making it easy to explore the city and beyond. "Great stay for one night. Roberto met us at the property at the agreed time and was happy to help with any questions. Both Roberto and Diana answered lots of questions over Whattsapp prior to our stay, including dining and travel recommendations. Was able to have a coffee and muffin in the morning- nice touch to the stay. Was able to lend an adapter as our one did not fit. Very grateful for this! Lovely stay and close by to all the attractions we wanted to visit. Would def recommend. "
