"This will be my 4th stay at the riu and I have to say it was my worst stay. The facility is starting to age and it shows. The food wasn't as good as it nearly is. We did have a server who we tried to sit in her area every morning for breakfast as she was kind and very helpful and our kids loved her. ..."
