"This is a clean place with diligent owners. Modern fixtures, nice tc and fridge - no problems with the room. There is a nice diner in the adjoining parking lot, which was convenient for me on this trip, so I would say that's the best of the "amenities." Two considerations people should know about: the water doesn't smell great - it's a bit sulphury, though the bathroom is clean and without mineral stains, etc. Second, the main road is right in front of the motel, and the insterstate just a few years further away. Road noise sometimes bothers me, and this was tolerable just the same. When they serviced my room between nights, they noticed I'd taken all my things and actually called to be sure I was returning. (I was caring for a sick loved one, and just staying prepared for anything.) I took this as a nice sign that they were observant and minding what goes on in the place. Not luxurious, but if it's convenient, it is certainly clean enough to shower, crash, and get a good night's sleep."
