This motel was perfect for my needs after a long day of driving. Free parking directly in front of my room after a friendly and helpful check-in. Other than the free parking, there are not any other free amenities and that was fine. The room was fine and very clean especially the bathroom. The location was close to town. This was a great value for me.
This place is very well situated and the price was fantastic. Clean rooms and public areas. The manager or owner, not sure, very friendly and helpful. 3 minutes from the heart of the historic district, and lots of fun things to do. Breakfast at Naked Bagels was amazing. Don't miss stopping in if you stay at the Fairfield.
A charming little row of motel units, probably from the 1970s, neat and clean. Classic side-of-the-road property set back from Rt 6/109 near I-84. Highly recommended room for the night.
This is the vintage-looking quaint motel you pass at the edge of a town on the two lane and think, "Wonder what that place is like?" Most of the time those businesses are on the downside of their existence and not that appealing. The Fairbridge Inn is different. Neat, clean, quiet and well kept with a comfortable bed and room.. This place delivered. The staff was personable and it was obvious that they took pride in the Inn, the grounds and their business. Definitely will return when in the area.
This was, by far, the least clean property I have ever stayed in. There were signs that it wasn't going to be nice, and certainly not fancy, but I was still shocked by just how dirty the facility is.
There were used tissues on the floor under the edge of my bed, the mirrors and television were covered with fingerprints and smudges from attempted cleaning, and the room smelled like smoke - no doubt because the windows were open and there are ashtrays outside each room.
The bathroom had been serviced, but was not clean. It's run down, mineral stained, and has cracked and broken tiles, paint, and caulking. I chose to skip a shower. The door had been broken and taped back together. Worst of all, I walked on the carpet in the morning in my bare feet and could feel that it was greasy. When I took a washcloth and wiped my feet, the transfer from the floor looked like grease from a dirty pan.
The front windows facing the parking lot also did not lock properly, so there's no security at all. Disgusting facility, didn't feel safe, and the staff barely acknowledged my concerns when I checked out. Would recommend steering clear of any Fairbridge Inn if this is within their standards.
Stayed here with my wife and four month old and we enjoyed our experience. The room was clean, and the owners were very nice and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again!
