From the moment we arrived, we knew we were at a good place. The owner greeted us at our car. Checking was easy. Room was spotlessly clean, spacious, bed comfy. Nice size frig and freezer - would stay here again and would recommend this property to anyone.

Very small, 11 room, motel on state road 41 in Punta Gorda, Fl. Refurbished after the hurricanes and they did a great job. Small family owned. Very hospitable. Very affordable.

Very great service, the room was nice and clean. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent and quick service soon as I arrived. And lastly, great area and overall, a great and wonderful experience that I had at this establishment.

Quiet other than an alarm going off in an joining room that took the guest 5 minutes to turn off. The lady at check in was very helpful. The room was clean.

Clean and modern rooms

The room was very clean and picked up and beds made daily. The room was also recently renovated and very nice inside compared to other budget hotels I have stayed at. Owners were friendly. No shenanigans like other reviews I have read. Mentally ill people are allowed to stay at motels too and some leave crazy reviews. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The guy who checked my stepdaughter in was very friendly, he did check her and her boyfriends IDs to make sure they were both over 21 (they both are, so wasn't an issue, not sure what the outcome would have been if they weren't) which I thought was very strange and never had this happen at any other hotel. The room was a bit small, but clean and looked remodeled and had everything you'd need. I only needed one night but looked like an extended stay type hotel/motel. No pets and no smoking rooms. I would have family stay here again.

The bed was comfortable and the room was adequate for a quick overnight stay, especially considering the price point. The only real negative is close proximity to US 41. Trucks rumbling by at 5:30 AM woke me up. Fortunately, I needed to be up early anyway and the double-paned windows helped mute the sound a bit.

Clean and comfortable

I needed a cost-effective room for 1 night. I arrived 45 minutes before official check-in and the staff member behind the window checked me in anyway. She spoke very rapidly, so there was a sense that I was being rushed. The air conditioner worked very well and put out only moderate noise. The facility was old but they did a marvelous job modernizing it. And the bed... the mattress was the softest and the sheets and pillows were the most comfortable of my entire trip. Access to the property was on one side of the divided highway, so be prepared to make some u-turns when you're coming and going.
