"1. Easy walk to Victoria ferry terminal 2. No air conditioning…room was very stuffy at check-in, window fan running in unsecured open slider window. Room did cool down by 8pm. There was an additional floor fan to stir the air. 3. Room was on ground floor, persons in 2nd floor room kept pacing until 11pm. Annoying. 4.
