"45 minute wait at check in desk, with dozens of guests waiting in line, and 1 desk agent. Debris all over lobby floor. No working wifi the entire stay. No coffee at breakfast - they ran out. Very old hotel property, not renovated, like stepping into a time machine."

"Early breakfast was mainly scrambled powered eggs/sausage/oatmeal, small pastries, coffee & fruit. Unfortunately, the entrees were cold as the warmers did not appear to work. Breakfast is served on a table by the wall in lobby and staff will stop guests at the table to inquire if they have prepaid. This can be quite embarrassing as the staff have a list of prepays on a yellow sticky note but it was never accurate and they would indicate I had to stop each morning at the buffet and wait until staff could get to front desk and verify my prepay. Traveling colleagues indicated the cafe food was actually faster, better, and custom coffees are available there. "

"We ended up not staying there and left to find another hotel. We didn’t even bother requesting a refund because it would have wasted my energy. After we arrived, we realized that bedroom shown in the photos was the only private space included in the booking. All of the other areas were shared with other guests. The room had almost no space to open even one suitcase unless you placed your belongings in the common area, which I would never feel comfortable doing. I would strongly not recommend this room ."

"This is one of the best decisions I ever made honestly!! They were all so sweet. The hotel was gorgeous and I had written a note for them before coming that it was my birthday and if I could get the highest floor. They had 22 floors and gave me the 20th and not just that but they also had a cup desert set for me in the room and gave me a gift card for the hotel on the 5th and 2 free drinks which I seriously did not expect. It made my birthday weekend absolutely worth it. They were very kind to me and I’m so coming back again. Definitely recommended."
