The room was large and very clean with beautiful views. The restaurant was excellent and the staff was helpful and friendly. Our luggage was delivered late by a service and the staff made sure to bring it to us and checked with us prior to its arrival. This hotel is worth the stay!

The hotel staff was incredibly accommodating. We checked in early so we could take advantage of the Engadin discount card that included the chair lift to Alp Languard. When we returned to the hotel, they had already put our suitcases in our room. Also we needed to checkout early to catch the Glacier Express train and the staff came early to allow us to eat breakfast before we left and even drove us to the train station!

Wonderful stay at this exceptional hotel. Thoughtful room design meant that we had ample room with 2 cases: 2 small wardrobes with shelves and hanging space meant we each had some space for our belongings. Roomy, well-designed bathroom. And excellent soundproofing led to peace and quiet. Staff were helpful, friendly but never fussy - perfect! Breakfasts were excellent with a great range of local meats, cheeses and breads as well as mueslis and fresh fruit. The best hotel in our 9 weeks travel across Italy and Switzerland. Great work by all the staff. We hope to return next year.

This hotel is a tremendous bargain. They will pick you up from the train station if you request. The rooms are large and comfortable. They have a steam room and sauna. The breakfast was good. The husband/wife managers are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Very centrally located. Spotless. Service is high-level. They have a huge selection of Scotch whiskey, if you're interested in that. A great place to which I'll happily return.

We've been travelling around Switzerland all week and enjoying it greatly, but we had the best time by far, and found the very best people at Hotel Mueller! What a wonderful time, we wish we could stay longer. Impeccable service and hospitality, very friendly and kind team. Hotel was perfectly clean and lovely style. Very comfortable beds and linens. We had the best sleep. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious and waiters were very kind. Menu is in German and Italian but they were happy to translate and describe the dishes to us in English. Danke! Grazie! We will be back!
