The towels and wash clothes were cheap and thin. The pillows were flat after one night. The breakfast staff appeared as if they didn’t want to be there. The front desk staff was there, but they weren’t very welcoming. Not that they were rude or mean, just not very welcoming. They don’t provide slippers or robes. The quality of the stay simply doesn’t reflect the costs. The town itself is very picturesque, but I would stay at another property should I decide to return. The best part of the stay was the view from my room. The hotel similar to other ones nearby seem to keep the history of the town intact which I thoroughly enjoyed seeing in the various rooms.

We were out in a nice sized room when we checked in. The staff was very knowledgeable about the area and the transportation needed to get to all activities. The breakfast was quite nice and the restaurant was beautiful. Overall a fantastic 2 night stay as we made our way around the southern alps region.

Pretty hotel. Very roomy. Our only trouble was the tiny shower in the huge bathroom. We were not big people and it was very hard to shower! The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was super nice!
