"Signore Dante was absolutely amazing, his customer service was priceless! Housekeeping was really helpful as well! The bathroom wasn't clean when I arrived and she did a deep clean and disinfected it. Very big room and delicious breakfast as well. There are no buses on Sunday, and it's difficult to get to Rasiglia, so plan in advance. There's not much around either, but beautiful nature. The swimming pool wasn't open or clean either. "This was my first time in Italy and first time in Europe in 24 years. I chose this place because of the location not being close to the city and the great amenities. Located in a nice little town of 122 people with its own church next door, this hotel was perfect. Staff was extremely nice and could not have had a better stay"

"If you need a place just to crush it does the job. The place is big and in the town centre so it’s a great location. Communicating with the stuff was challenging as they are not on site, there were long waits to collect the keys. The room is nice and cozy but smelled as it has been closed for a while. It says there’s breakfast included but there isn’t. Kitchenware needs to be refreshed. "
