Therefore, Hotels.com has miscommunication with Ty Nant hotel and I been lie about the refund. Keep up the good work Hotels.com Anyway, it doesn't matter what's my opinions. "I love staying here, it is my go to place when I badly need some downtime. Staff are still lovely and friendly and helpful (although sad to see some old faces now gone) Unfortunately on this occasion my Granddaughter and myself decided not to stay the night or have breakfast due to the amount of insects and moths etc in the room. Although there is a notice saying to shut the windows because of the above, the bedroom window wasn’t closed properly and our room had lots of midgies and moths in the bedroom. I know it has been unbelievably hot but it didn’t seem right to stay in a room where we would probably have been bitten through the night, so after the pool and food, and hanging around until bedtime downstairs playing draught, we decided to go home around 10.30pm - 11.00pm. Expensive few hours in the place I love going to, due to the bank holiday."
