"O hotel tem uma boa estrutura e a equipe prestativa, principalmente os que trabalham na área do café. No quesito limpeza precisa de mais atenção, pois deixamos o aviso de limpeza e por duas vezes não fomos atendidos, tivemos q ligar para recepção e pedir a troca de toalhas.
Infelizmente tivemos hospedados em um período que hotel recebeu 3 delegações de atletas adolescentes, o que causou diversos problemas (som alto, campainha tocando direto, barulho na madrugada) não só conosco, mas outros...
