Minha experiência neste hotel foi, no geral, bastante satisfatória. A localização é excelente, próxima a pontos turísticos, centros comerciais e opções de transporte, o que facilitou bastante meus deslocamentos pela cidade. A recepção foi cordial desde o momento do check-in, com uma equipe simpática, atenciosa e disposta a ajudar com informações e sugestões sobre a região. O quarto estava limpo, bem organizado e com todos os itens funcionais. A cama era confortável e proporcionou boas noites de sono. A climatização funcionava perfeitamente, e o isolamento acústico contribuiu para um ambiente tranquilo. O banheiro também estava em ótimas condições, com toalhas limpas e bons itens de higiene pessoal fornecidos. O café da manhã foi um dos pontos altos da estadia: variedade de pães, frutas, sucos, itens quentes e frios, tudo bem apresentado e reposto com frequência. O restaurante do hotel oferecia boas opções para almoço e jantar, com preços razoáveis. As áreas comuns, como recepção, corredores e elevadores, estavam sempre limpas e bem cuidadas. A conexão Wi-Fi funcionou bem na maior parte do tempo, algo essencial para quem está viajando a trabalho ou precisa manter contato com familiares. O quarto 173 precisa de reformas. A TV está com grandes manchas na tela. O banheiro tinha a pia entupida (não adiantou eu reclamar), o espelho velho e cheio de defeitos. O serviço de limpeza foi preciso pedir para fazer diariamente. Fiquei 5 noites. O estacionamento na calcada, apesar de avisos, é usado livremente por não hóspedes. Café da manhã bom e farto.

Tive problemas quando cheguei . Descarga quebrada. Me trocaram de quarto e na primeira noite o ar condicionado não funcionou. Além de não ter tapete no piso do banheiro na primeira noite. No dia seguinte não repararam o ar quando pedi, tive que insistir. O quarto não estava em bom estado de conservação. Geralmente fico hospedado na rede Íbis, e esse sem dúvidas foi o pior.
