"We were given an exceptional warm reception and introduction to the hotel, immediately being made to feel welcomed. Hotel is a lovely renovated old building, conveniently situated a short walk from Pont du Gard. Room was small but adequate, clean and well equipped. Staff at reception and when dining were the most friendly and attentive we met during our tour of the region. Would have no hesitation if recommending this hotel."

However, if you have a pool, people will use it; if they use it, you need to have staff who can make sure it's clean and that there are enough towels. If you offer water, make sure the jug is full. As for the room, look at the photo in the website: even a standard room has a curtain over the bed to soften the harshness of the whiteness of the room... it's not too much to ask to have the actual room match the one in the photo... "Very rundown property. Gates were always closed. One had to get out of the car to open the gate. No place to park the car while opening the door. You would be standing on bike path while waiting for the door to open. Door opens very slowly."

"Rien d'intéressant, nous étions 3 dans la chambre il n'y avait que deux serviettes de toilette, arrivée vers minuit après plusieures heures de route plus de personnel pour avoir une serviette. Pour le petit déjeuner les distributeurs de confiture étaient sales et dégoulinant remarque faite auprès du réceptionniste qui n'a pas réagi.Bar petit déjeuner pas très net dans son ensemble. Hôtel non recommandable."

We were disturbed by a mosquito in the night but that’s not the fault of the hotel. There is no parking space, the car must be left in a public carpark."
