"We staying in the XXL which came with 2 double beds and 1 double sofa bed. The 2 double beds and sofa bed we're separated by a wall and sliding door. The room was a good size and the bathroom clean. "Attention danger ! Hôtel bien situé et bon rapport qualité prix mais parking non sécurisé. Ma voiture a été volée dans la nuit alors qu’elle était garée sur le parking à 50m de la réception. La direction reconnaît avoir chaque semaine 3 faits de casse ou vol de véhicule. A fuir. Privilégiez un hôtel avec parking sécurisé."

"Séjour catastrophique de 3 nuits (samedi-mardi) pour un couple avec enfant, chambre 115.
Dès l'arrivée, lavabo bouché signalé à 14h à l'accueil, sans intervention. À 18h, nouveau signalement : une fuite d'eau au plafond de la réception était visible (seaux et serviettes au sol). L'agent, seul en poste, dit ne pas pouvoir intervenir immédiatement mais promet de régler le problème. À notre retour à 2h du matin, le lavabo était toujours bouché.
Autres soucis dans cette chambre : salle de bains...

"The room was pretty spacious for a 3 bed. The location convenient for those who want to access Tourcoing city centre. If you want to keep your budget low compared to Lille’s prices you can pick it up and commute by metro or tram to Lille city centre, approx 30-35mins ride. We didn’t experience hotels breakfast. "

"Room was clean. 2 blankets (1 per person), and also 2 towels per person - positive.
However, there was a complete lack of space. Air conditioning, which is listed under amenities is a fan that they placed in the room. Also little space in the bathroom. No hook to hang up any towel. Gotta be creative!
Lots of parking spots available."

"Practico porque al lado de la autopista pero aun para una noche la habitación es antigua, sucia, alguien había utilizado el baño y no había tirado de la cisterna, fue bastante dudoso si habían limpiado la habitación pero llegamos de noche para irnos pronto al día siguiente entonces no perdimos más tiempo informado a la recepción queríamos solo dormir y irnos rápido "

"We didnt eat breakfast here as we ate out.
Pleasant, helpful staff on check in.
Room was clean.
Nice sized room.
Aircon worked a bit to start with, but stopped working at night. We had a very sticky night. This was during the recent heatwave, and we booked as they advertised air conditioning.
Our son and his girlfriend were next room and they experienced the same.
No apologies or refund offered.
As you can imagine, we weren't pleased"

"Wij hadden 3 kamers naast elkaar. Dat was top maar we zaten in een gedeelte wat nog niet af was ofzo. Betonnen muren en rook niet heel fris op de gang. Kamer verder wel in orde."
