"Just two suggestions internet in the rooms was a bit poor but no problem as perfect service available downstairs at reception Second point breakfast was full of choice filled me up for the whole day a bit more variety with the hot food would have made it perfect"

"The room was clean and spacious. However, the Deluxe Apartment was too noisy due to music on street until late in night (after 23:00 hrs). The water in the jacuzzi from SPA was not hot enough to provide that comfortable feel expected. Two or three degrees more would be better. Generally, most of the staff was very helpful and friendly. The pillows were too firm for allowing a good rest. I've asked for extra soft pillow, but I was immediately refused. In many hotels you get two pillows (one firm and one soft, to cover all the preferences), but here they provided just thick and firm. In another instance I submitted laundry for express service (under 8 hours return for 50% extra charge), and I ended up chasing for my laundry until next day, when I've been asked if I want my laundry to be delivered to my room. I didn't consider normal for me to chase the hotel to provide the service that they promised, but not delivered it. Overall, the staying was reasonable fine, but could be much better for the paid price."

"It’s a lovely hotel and I enjoyed my stay. I was there in October so it was very quiet and relaxing. The hotel has a great spa although some of the amenities like the hammam and salt bath were not open. The gym is also very good. The rooms are huge with big very private balconies. I upgraded my room to a sea view for only €36 so worth it!"

"The Hotel was perfect for what I needed. It was close to the lakeside park, within walking distance of the beach. With easy transit from the main train station. The hotel had much to offer. A pool, a spa, a fitness center, and multiple restaurants and a bar. My sea view room was spacious and clean. Comfortable bed. The breakfast was extensive, decent quality. The only issue I had was that the music from the bar continued into the night. And it came through into my room as a slight muffled sound. It wasn't enough to keep me up, but it was noticeable. Overall it was a good stay."

"Stayed in the junior suite with a beautiful sea view mid September 26 Lovely spacious clean room with a modern and practical design. The whole hotel has been recently decorated to a high standard couldn’t fault the cleanliness throughout. Our room was cleaned every day with fresh clean towels. The staff were all very friendly around the hotel making our holiday as relaxed and easy as we wanted. Reception was particularly helpful nothing was too much trouble for Stanislav and the team. Big thank you to all the staff especially the kitchen staff the food was great. Great location on the beautiful beach short walk to the busy bars and restaurants would definitely recommend and return."
