"Incredible stay! The resort is a long-standing icon in San Diego. Nestled in the heart of point Loma. Perfect location lots of local coffee spots and restaurants. Pool was beautiful room rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. We would absolutely stay again! Family of three."

"Parking was safe and easy right on the property. The beach views were amazing and staff went above and beyond! The room itself was a little outdated, but you’re paying for the Beach view and convenience!"

"The room felt a bit outdated, but the beds were comfortable. Our balcony was on the ground level and opened right up to the parking lot, which wasn’t ideal. That said, with the discounted rate and breakfast for four included, it was still a good value for a short stay. I probably wouldn’t choose to stay at this hotel again, though the breakfast was surprisingly good and definitely the highlight."

"The floor in my room had not been cleaned. I realized it late in the evening when I finally settled down for the evening. One can hear when the water is turned on in either room to my left and right. Very disruptive for sleeping "

"I was mixed about this review. The hotel is cheaper than most other hotels, but it is more of a motel, and the images didn't accurately portray the room we got. Pros: It has wifi, it had ample parking, it has a pool and hottub that were clean, there is controllable air conditioning in the room, the fridge is decently sized Cons: I did not know they made pillows that small for sleeping (maybe 12"x16"), the shower water temp fluctuated constantly, the night staff were very slow to check us in (they saw us and waited almost 5 minutes before helping us), we found a cockroach in the room (the door didn't seal all the way around"

"The problem with the hotel is, it’s close to the bay and by the military base. If we were informed that the military F 13 fighter jets would be doing nighttime flying for training, we would never stayed there. The afterburners from those planes were so loud it literally sounded like it was right outside the window training was from 1130 at night to 2:30 in the morning not a pleasant we were supposed to stay two nights we canceled the second night stay which the staff understood and were pleasant about it we stayed at the town suites in liberty Station, which is 1 million times better."

"Property was okay. Rooms were very dark, remodel was just okay. Beds uncomfortable. Front desk staff very short and unhappy to help with extra's requests. It was fine for a quick stay, but definitely NOT up to Wyndham standards."
