"This was our first stay in Saint Martin. It was just one night, as we were going on a 7 day catamaran trip. The property was very nice, sandy beach with palm trees on the water side along with a large Tiki style restaurant. We really enjoyed the atmosphere, food and accommodations. The staff were friendly and helpful!"

"The hotel promotes breakfast included but this was such a dissapointment. Plain coffee, no juice, very minimal bread, ceral croissonts. Such a dissapointment on top of the beach being un-usable due to the sargassum. This could have been an area to make it up to guests and they failed here. "

"We stayed there a week and our room got cleaned/ serviced only two times. We had to chase staff for clean towels for our room. The front desk staff were rude when were asked questions about simple things like where to drop the old pool towels and pick up new ones. Other than that the resort was nice but they ned to do a better job on costumer service"

"Enjoying the Caribbean is always a crap shoot, Oyster Bay at this time of year was definitely a mix of good and bad. The counter staff was horrible but the bar and cleaning crews were so great!!!! I think this was the first time I have been hung up on in years but the actual staff that did the work were amazing. Poor customer service but great service, if that makes sense. "Potential guests need to know that this is not an accessible hotel. There is a full set of stairs leading to the lobby. Stairway leading to rooms is steep and narrow. There were spider webs in the room. Staff did not remove them during our stay. We asked for an additional blanket, but it was stained and smelled. I paid a non-refundable $3 fee for a beach towel. "Clean room helpful staff a microwave would have made it perfect"

"View was spectacular. Food at resort was primo as well. Beach is "open from 10-6" meaning if you want service, towel, or chair its 10-6. You can still take an early morning dip. Valet was chill, staff was chill. View again was great. Rainbow cafe is two/three doors down. Cool spot, but they party over there until midnight on the weekends. "Sapphire could be a very nice option. If they clean the place up. Its very outdated. Has a stale smell, my key card didn’t work for my room and i had to continuously get it fixed. "I had a great time. Every staff member is helpful and very nice. My favorite amenity was the swimming pool. It's shared between four rooms. But in reality it's like your private pool. Good breakfast (not savory, you have to pay extra for that), gourmet dinner. Merci, Esmeralda!"
