"I only stayed for one night, but the hotel definitely has a great luxury feel. The staff was very helpful and kind. I wish I could have stayed longer and used the amenities, but I picked this hotel due to it's location to Gateway of India. It's only a short distance to most of the popular attractions. "I liked the hotel's rates and it's location which is just minutes away from the domestic terminal of Mumbai Airport. The front desk staff was excellent, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. Operations Manager Richard Serrao was super friendly and went out of his way to be helpful. The buffet breakfast was good. Overall the T24 Retro Hotel gives good value for the money."
