"Zeer ruim appartement, wandeling naar stad 15 minuten op een heuvel appartement op 4de verdieping zonder lift, gevaarlijk voor gezinnen met kleine kinderen. Douche onhandig voor volwassen persoon zonder afscherming. Extra waarborg aangerekend bij inchecken via computer geen personeel ter plaatste aanwezig en de nodige inchekcode dan nog bovendien niet vooraf doorgestuurd. Echt niet klantvriendelijk."

"Amazing resort with great spa and pools. For the moderate price we paid, we really got a lot of value for the money. The breakfasts were amazing. The first morning as a stylish and calm buffet at the Platinum Adults building. The second it was only served morning in the main building. This was a bit more chaotic and very busy, but as a bonus they had a lady cooking individually made omelettes,which were absolutly delicious. "We are a family with 2 children, and we stayed for 3 nights. The room was clean. The receptionist was helpful and gave us a special attention with changing the room which was more suitable for our small children. The outdoor jacuzzi was pleasant and with hot water. The breakfast was tasty and equivalent of the properties' star rating. The only negative point was a Monday breakfast when I suppose the hotel occupancy was low, so the breakfast food variety was very reduced and except that the food...

"One day stay! Pricey in comparison with 3* standard elsewhere. No kettle, no fridge in the room, room quite small. Basic bar, old fashioned chill facilities, not much for kids. Positive: good buffet food, nice pool facilities."
