  • Great place for a weekend outside of the city. You need to go to Karpacz, which is a small mountain city next to Jelenia Gora. Then you can take a ski-lift (operating entire year), which will take you almost to the top. Then you need to go up-the-hill for about 45 minutes and you can enjoy such views yourself! I really recommend this to all who happen to be over the weekend in Wroclaw, Poland and want to see something more than just the city.

Quite pretty hotel inside, very nice lobby bar, where you can hang out with the friends, we enjoyed the dinner and especially the rich breakfast, the only negative experience was with the the large hard pillows, if you have sensative sleep, may be take your pillow with you, otherwise a great place for a stay

Property looks exactly as post soviet times. Rooms are small and without any special amenities as a standard of old times. Food is average quality with limited choices. Spa area has small sauna. Pool is cool for kids. Location is great and parking big enough.

Terrible experience - please avoid - overpriced

170 euros for a night in this terrible place? After seeing the property it's worth maximum 50euro... Seriously - please avoid. Staff rude at the front desk demanding "license plate" of your car - in response that we parked outside (parking cost, extra 9euros...) lady was super angry :). We will not come back - please check other properties in Harrachov or go on the PL side to get some quality and better service. PS. Salad at the breakfast almost developed a "civilization" :)

Wir wohnen seit Jahrzehnten in diesem Hotel und genießen die gute Lage zum Start in den Wanderurlaub. Es ist ein gutes Familienhotel mit modernisierter Lobby, Bar und a la Carte Restaurant. Man muss allerding wissen, dass gefühlt 100 Kinder im normalen Restaurant sind und deshalb der Geräuschpegel entsprechend ist.

Wie immer war das Buffet früh und abends sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, leider auch mit notwendigen Reparaturen. Wenn man darüber weg sehen kann, wohnt man sehr entspannt. Die Betten sind gut und es ist alles sehr sauber. Die neue Lobby, die letztes Jahr nicht gebaut wurde, ist fantastisch geworden. Absolutes Wohlfühlambiente. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war wieder sehr entspannt.

Falsches Zimmer, Probleme an der Rezeption

Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht. Die Rezeptionistin hat behauptet, dass wir ein Zimmer ohne Balkon gebucht haben. Es waren drei Gespräche nötig, um das gebuchte Zimmer zugewiesen zu bekommen. Wir waren nicht zum ersten, aber wahrscheinlich zum letzten Mal da. Wenn der Urlaub so beginnt, ist man nur noch enttäuscht.

Kvalitni hotel v Harrachove

Prijemna obsluha na recepci i restauracich. Hotel je v dobre lokalite kousicek do centra s krasnym vyheldem na sjezdovku a mustky. Jedna z matraci v pokoji by si zaslouzila vymenit. Jinak pokoj slusne vybaven prostorny. Bazen i vyrivka fajn, ale do 19 okupovan detmi, prodlouzila bych cas pro dospele. Do hotelu jezdi hodne rodiny s malymi detmi, maji tu velky detsky koutek. Snidane vyborne, siroke a skvely stroj na kavu. Vecere take dobre, jeden byl candat, druhy flank steak. Vino napr. Primitivo.
