"The breakfast was served on cold plates and the food itself tended to be cold. if you asked for a warm plate they would supply it but it tended to be just a microwave blast of the plate which cooled very quickly, the food remained cold. We tended sadly to avoid a hot breakfast."

The Grosvenor Plymouth
"1. Hair in the sink in the bathroom. 2.Plug in the sink is too small to retain water. 3.I had to waste water to enable the hot water to run long enough to reach 50 degrees to kill bacteria. 4.bathroom toilet brush holder was full of water and bits of extrament. 5.lighting in main room is too dull ..."
