Perfect area in Chelsea, close to the Whitney museum and subway stations. Laundry service is good and the room service breakfast is great!

"I stayed at Arlo Soho in NYC Aug. 6-8. Their Hotels.com profile included free Wi-Fi and gym in the amenities. However, I was charged an additional “resort fee” of $34/day for Wi-Fi, gym, “bike access,” and two cans of water. Ripoff!"

"We absolutely loved this hotel, we’re a family of me (37) hubby (50) and kids (16) and (11) and we all enjoyed different aspects of this hotel and location but we all absolutely loved it. The only downside was the service in the morning a Spanish girl (24-30) a little heavy set was an awful waitress and forgot half of our food and kept avoiding coming back it was something they could easily fix aside from that the place is beautiful amazing location, etc etc! "A good hotel. Very clean, quiet, well maintained and secure. Air con can be turned off and the windows open. Rooms are small, partly because the shower/toilet are too big. When you need to unpack the suitcase it can feel cramped but generally its ok. Didn't find a hairdryer but could be hiding somewhere"
