We had a delightful experience at the apartment! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the national park meant we could leave the car at the property. The apartment was spotless, peaceful, and thoughtfully equipped with plenty of amenities that made our stay comfortable. Communication from the host was spot on, everything was as expected and we didnt have any issues with check-in or check-out.

Close to the park enterence. Not expensive. Near a food market. Very clean. Equipped with a nice kitchen. Easy to go in. We loved it. For as it was perfect but you should remember that it is on the second floor with no elevator.

Great stay, lovely apartment.

The apartment was lovely and clean. Very spacious. On the complex was a shop which was very convenient. It was only a 10 minute walk to the gates of plitvice lakes. The apartment had all the necessities. We would stay here again.

Good stay in Plitvice Lakes.

Good location, short drive to lakes and restaurants. Supermarket is a 3 minute walk. 2nd floor apartment with steps and no lift. Full amenities but furniture looking a bit tired, but still comfortable. Would stay again.

Lovely & modern

The apartment was very nice, modern and very clean. Also very well equipped. We had no complaints except that the apartments have no lift and we had to carry our suitcases to 3rd floor.

The apartment was renovated but when you access the building and the apartment there smell. The kitchen was excellent but unfortunately the bedding was old and the pillows and bed were not comfortable.

It's like a small and really beautiful flat you usually pay rent for. Everything was clean and they were also things you didn't expect to find there like the tablet :) I was really happy with it and I recommend it!

All in all it was ok. Room is tight. Room was always overheated despite all windows open and temperature outside cold. A good place to stay and visit the park and falls. Nicholas is a great host.

Great location, very comfortable, and reasonably quiet! Smooth check-in process with a nice and communicative host. I think I had the smallest room, but it was plenty spacious and had more than enough, including silverware, coffee, and a washing machine. I wish there had been shampoo provided with the room; otherwise, all amenities were great.

Stay close to the National Park

This apartment is very clean and close to the National Park, and to a market. Having a washing machine was a bonus. A bit hard to find. We are not used the "2nd" floor being up on the third floor. Wondered around town a bit before we went back and searched the building further.

Wonderful view from the terrace! Clean and spacious apartment. If you don't mind walking stairs up and down, this apartment has the best view of Dubrovnik old town. Perfect sunset view can b seen from here. We walked slowly and it took about 20 minutes to the old town. On the way, we enjoyed views and sometimes dropped by a grocery store. I could find a parking spot near the apartment, but it was late October. During the peak seasons, I think it will be tough to find a parking spot.

Appartement très bien situé proche de l entrée du parc aussi pas besoin de prendre la voiture. Le ménage pourrait être mieux fait car le four à micro onde n était pas nettoyé, vitres sales. Personne n'était là pour nous accueillir. Nous n'avions qu'un code pour trouver la clé et nous débrouiller seuls. Nous avons tenté plusieurs fois de rejoindre notre contact, il ne répondait pas à nos appels. L'appartement était ordinaire, c'est vieux et vétuste, ça sentait le renfermé et l'humidité, le building est malpropre, aucune lumière le soir pour monter à l'étage. Nous devions rester 2 nuits, nous avons quitté après la 1er nuit. Nous avons voulu aviser le contact à l'hébergement mais encore une fois, aucune réponse de sa part. Aucun service de la part des propriétaires de l'hébergement. Nous ne recommandons pas cet établissement.

비가 엄청나게 쏟아지는 날에 도착해서 스산한 숙박 시설에 도착을 했는데, 건물 내 다른 숙박 업체와 일반인들도 살고 있어서 놀랬고, 건물이 너무 오래되서 좀 무섭고, 어두워서 별로 추천하고 싶지 않습니다. 방 시설은 깨끗했지만 소파는 너무 더럽고, 침대는 소파 침대 같아서 별로였습니다.
