"I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The reception staff was completely unhelpful, incredibly rude, and showed zero accountability or empathy throughout the entire situation. When I inquired about the shuttle bus to the intercity bus station 3 minutes before its scheduled departure, the staff member snapped at me, dismissively asking why I was even asking so early. When the scheduled time passed and the shuttle still hadn't arrived, I asked again, only to be met with another...

"Rustic hotel é um hotel lugar para quem vai aos lagos Plivitice. A apenas 5 kms da entrada 1 do parque. Hotel muito aconchegante, com restaurante com pratos muito saborosos. Muito prático, pois mesmo de carro, tudo é um pouco distante. Rouparia de primeira linha, excelente banho. Só acho que o café da manhã deveria estar incluído na diária. Cobrar 12 euros por pessoa para o café é bem salgado. De resto, recomendo."

"Plitvica Lodge is located steps from the national part Plitvica lakes. You go on foot to the part entrance about 10 minutes. Getting there is by car, parking is free, drive cautiously, roads are very narrow. Lodge is in the Alpine lodges style, wooden houses, room was very comfortable and big. Restaurant served breakfast and dinner, Nice simple local food. God wines. We are happy with out stay."

"The owner was very kind. There was no kettle or spoon in the room, but when I asked, they lent me some. The room was fully heated, so it was comfortable even when it got cold at night. He even showed me routes that didn’t appear on Google Maps, using satellite images as a guide. "We stayed as a family of 4 from the UK. This was a superb campsite with excellent mobile home facilities. Our home was clean and modern and the campsite was quiet and well maintained. The food at in restaurant and pool bar was excellent and we had a 20% discount as we’d booked via Expedia. "Zoran and his family were excellent hosts! helpful with every inquiry and always prepared to help. The villa is a 10min walk from entrance number 3 to the Lakes (near a boat stop), which makes their location ideal to stay! The breakfast is amazing and the dinner options are delightful and fair; no need to drive your car anywhere once you reach the villa. Would recommend to anyone."

It is not big - it is 5 or 6 rooms and a small kitchen so if you are looking for a lounge or something then this place isn't it. If you are looking for a clean place with a helpful host, then this is great. The shower was great too! Only a 5 minute drive from Entrance 2."
