Etno Garden exclusive is nestled in a quiet, scenic, wooded area near Plitvica Lake. An entrance to the park and the lake is a short walk away. The facility is first class, comfortable, and impeccably maintained. Every staff member was professional, helpful, and made it clear his/her desire was to provide the best possible service. The food in the kitchen was professionally prepared and delicious. There’s ample onsite parking. Highly recommend Etno Garden Exclusive for a relaxing and memorable experience.

Etno Garden Exclusive is a perfect location for anyone that is planning a trip to Plitvice Lakes National Park. The room was spacious and already set up with full bedding for my kids. allowing everyone to feel right at home. The room was very clean and up to date. The area around the property is very peaceful and we spent time reading out in the garden, enjoying the view. The food in the restaurant wasn't the best, but the staff was friendly and kind. I would return if I ever have a trip to Plitvice again.

Restaurant on-site. Convenient location.

We chose Etno Garden mainly for its close proximity to one of the entrances (8-10 mins walk). Having a restaurant on-site makes this very convenient. We ate both dinner and breakfast at the property. It's also located at a good spot for arriving and departing from the Plitvice area. The room was ok. We had some mosquitoes in the room and the ac smelled a bit.

Helpfulness of staff was outstanding. Restaurant service was quick and efficient and the food was appetising and quickly served. The accommodation was a bit dark and the ill-fitting curtains barely did their job. In particular, the shower room lighting was dismal.

Really didn’t expect this place to be as nice as it was. We stayed for 2 nights and were in the Veronica build which had recently been renovated. The quality was excellent, with a large modern bathroom, high quality windows, and beautiful hardwood doors. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We did not check out any other activities so can’t comment on that. The dinner area was like a crowded pub by mountain inn and the food was good quality with lots of local fare including two types of rakiya. The only sad spot was the office which is a hodge lodge of pamphlets and items for sale but only the receptionist spends time there. Importantly it is a 5 minute walk to the very quiet and under used Entrance 3 to Plitvice Park. Absolutely can’t go wrong!!

As I told the receptionist when I was leaving, for an exclusive so to speak, and not cheap accommodation, I would expect that the room will be cleaned and the bed will be arranged even if the sheets will not be changed. The didn’t enter the room in the period we stayed there. They charged for each day 20 euro for cleaning after the small dog we had but they didn’t clean at all. So why charge for each day ? Other than that the place was decent and the location good! The staff was very nice

This place is a hidden gem! It’s small, quiet, and tranquil. It’s right next to the national park, so you can easily walk there. The food and drink on-site are nice, and the staff are friendly. If you’re visiting the lakes, I highly recommend staying here!

Beauty to behold

We were recommended to the Etno residences and we were very pleased. The staff and the accomodations were perfect. An onsite restaurant was convenient and the rooms are close to local sites and hikes. Great stay!

Amazing stay

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was super friendly, I’ve never experienced such a nice staff in a hotel ever. They were very helping and looking after us so much. Made the whole stay amazing. The top part was the secret entrance to the National Park next to the hotel, super convenient !

The hotel is just outside Plitivice national park and you can actually walk 20 minutes from the hotel and see the largest waterfall without entering the park. The food was incredible. Breakfast is included and the restaurant for dinner was incredible. The staff were incredible Dominique, David and Matteus!!!
