"Simply the Best !!!"

"We had bats living in our roof, apparently knowingly by the owner (they built a house for them on the near cabin and they migrated to ours). We had to go to bed and sleep with constraint scratching and sliding noises, that was terrible. When we brought it to the attention of the team, they didn’t even bother apologising. The dinning experience over dinner and breakfast was terrible - worst service I’ve seen for a while and average food (it’s quite expensive considering its surroundings). Stay...

"An exceptionally high standard of personalised service and a housekeeping team who are truly second to none. We loved the breakfasts, the tranquility of the estate, the visiting birds, and the peace of our garden cottage. The only thing we didn't enjoy was waiting for 40 minutes for our dinner reservation at Sage, particularly as the table had been booked weeks in advance."

"One of the most unique and amazing places we’ve ever stayed! Lovely resort of treehouses built in a remote setting with all the amenities you could need. The staff were all super friendly and could not do enough to help you was an absolute pleasure to have them there. Would recommend to anybody travelling on the garden route or staying in Plettenberg to stay here it would make an unforgettable memory. "

"Fantastic hotel and staff, ideal location with direct access to a wonderful, clean and virtually isolated beach!! All towels, loungers and sun brolly provided free - with a smile! Easy access to beach restaurant and bar or a 5 min drive to the centre for more bars etc... both worth a visit. Breakfast varied and delicious, bar open in the evening if you dont fancy venturing out. Worth also noting, complimentary secure parking!! "Lovely hotel on the beach front road. Staff very attentive and informative. Room was comfortable and clean but the carpet on the stair down to our room was grubby. Breakfast was very good and we enjoyed our stay."

"Gesamte Anlage völlig veraltet und heruntergekommen. Teppich im Zimmer roch nach Urin, wurde auf Anfrage nicht entfernt. Personal ist freundlich aber nicht sehr engagiert. Wäsche, diewir zum Waschn gegeben haben, kam in einer Plastiktüte feucht zurück. Frühstücksauswahl ist klein und Qualität enttäuschend. "
