"The hotel itself was just ok. They do not provide body wash, which was weird, I thought. But at check-in, we discovered there is no early check-in unless you pay a fee. We were only 15 minutes early. Then the desk clerk acted like she was doing us some huge favor waiving it, while still be condescending ..."

"Our first room was clean and comfortable, however when I went into the restroom I discovered mold above the door. We requested a different room and it also had mold above the shower. We requested another room and the 3rd one was just fine. The staff was good to work with and the room was clean."

"It was a great place to stay and it was clean. I was charged for a damaged side table that was damaged prior to my arrival. They investigated and realized I was not the one who damaged the side table and returned the fee they initially charged."
