Our stay in downtown Des Moines was for an entire week. This Kasa rental worked very well for us. It was nice having the extra things like kitchen, laundry, living room, game room, etc. that you don't get staying in a hotel. Our room was located in a noisy spot. We heard the garage doors open and close often. We were also awakened by the garage pickup. Still, it was a good value and great location for us.

Overall it was perfect for our team. We were able to take the skywalk pretty much all the way to the event center. Could have been a little cleaner but overall great. We will stay here again next year!

We absolutely loved our stay! We were there for Knotfest 2024. The place was absolutely amazing. Lots of room and loved the kitchen. Whenever we are back in Des Moines we will definitely be staying here.

I was so pleasantly surprised by this property! It had everything you could want or need and the bed was very comfortable. It was spotlessly clean and communication was great, they checked in more than once to make sure everything was good. I would absolutely stay again!

Great location for Event Center shows. Traffic noise outside to be expected - ear plugs provided was a plus! The window was stuck open... took a lot of effort for 2 of us to close it. The king size bed was very loud and creaky - any movement in the bed would wake you.
